About Me

When I was beginning to think of creating a blog my first thoughts were to share my homemade crafts, attempts at sewing, refinished furniture and home decorating. I found that I truly love creating all things with my hands when my husband and I bought our first house less than a year ago. It became our mission to make our new house a home and we took on too many projects at once (classic rookie mistake)! While I'm pretty savy with home repair my husband would rather just call someone which is how I slowly became obsessed with power tools! What started off as an "I'll show you I can do it" motto, ended up leaving me dreaming of making crafts and other tools I had to have.

I'm excited to keep adding and personalizing this blog into yet another one of my creations. Most things I make I brainstorm from the blog world or pinterest then make it my own. I have a lot of projects up my sleeve and I can't wait to share them!
